Chimerica Media

Chimerica Media was set up in 2007 by Niall Ferguson, Melanie Fall and Adrian Pennink to make high quality history documentaries.

Our first project, The Ascent of Money – a 6 x 1 hour series about the global history of finance presented by Niall – was produced for Channel 4 and PBS and distributed by BBC Worldwide. Another 6 x 1 hour history series about the history of western civilization presented by Niall will be shown by Channel 4 in early 2011. We are also completing a feature documentary about Henry Kissinger. All our films are shot on HD or Red 4k by Dewald Aukema.
